1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services and software that Social Decoder ("we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, provides to you. Specific projects are also governed by a written quote or agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement prevails.
2. Our services
We provide social media marketing, design, video and photo, websites, apps, AI agents and business software, including LeadEstateX CRM, Travel CRM, Invoice Software and Continuum. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote that you approve before work starts.
3. Project builder and estimates
The project builder gives an indicative plan, timeline and budget range based on the idea you type. It is not a quote or offer. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing after we speak with you.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT unless stated. Payment terms, deposits and milestones are stated in the quote. We may pause work on overdue invoices. Third-party costs such as ad spend, stock media, domains and hosting are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
5. What we need from you
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access and materials we need, and you confirm you have the right to use any content you supply. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
6. Intellectual property
When you have paid in full, you own the custom deliverables we create for you, such as designs, videos and custom code, except for third-party materials and our pre-existing tools. Our software products are licensed to you for use, not sold. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Software products and hosting
Where we host or maintain a product for you, the plan, support window and any subscription fees are set out in your quote. You are responsible for the lawful use of the software and for keeping your login details secure.
8. Third-party platforms
Marketing results depend on platforms we do not control, such as Meta, Google and WhatsApp. We cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, reach or sales, or that third-party services will always be available.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project, unless the law requires disclosure.
10. Liability
We work with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in question in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11. Ending a project
Either party may end a project by written notice if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days. You will pay for work completed up to the end date.
12. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
